Festival de Veneza 2012 — Os Vencedores

Ao décimo primeiro e último dia de Festival, num atribulado anúncio marcado pela confusão na entrega de alguns dos prémios, o júri presidido por Michael Mann atribuiu o Leão de Ouro da 69ª edição do Festival de Veneza a PIETÀ, de Kim Ki-Duk.



Outro grande vencedor do certame é THE MASTER, com Paul Thomas Anderson a arrecadar o Leão de Prata (Melhor Realizador), enquanto Joaquin Phoenix e Philip Seymour Hoffman receberam, ex-aequo, a Coppa Volpi de Melhor Actor.



O prémio de Melhor Actriz foi para Hadas Yaron por LEMALE ET HA’CHALAL (de Rama Bursthein).





Os restantes prémios ficaram assim distribuídos:

Prémio Especial do Júri: PARADIES: GLAUBE, de Ulrich Seidl.

Prémio Marcello Mastroianni (Melhor Actor/Actriz Jovem): Fabrizio Falco, por LA BELLA ADDORMENTATA (Marco Bellocchio) e È STATO IL FIGLIO (Daniele Ciprí).

Melhor Argumento: Olivier Assayas, por APRÈS MAI.

Prémio Melhor Contributo Técnico (Fotografia): È STATO IL FIGLIO, de Daniele Ciprì.

Prémio 'Luigi de Laurentiis' para Melhor Filme de Estreia: KÜF, de Ali Aydin.

Festival de Veneza 2012 — Dia 4

Antes do quarto dia de Festival, em que THE MASTER, novo e antecipadíssimo filme de Paul Thomas Anderson, foi "rei e senhor" das atenções, outro mestre foi homenageado: Francesco Rosi, recipiente do Leão de Ouro de Carreira e com a oportunidade de ver o seu filme IL CASO MATTEI (1972) em edição restaurada:
